Spartan Roots

Greek olive oil. Coming December 2026.

King Leonidas — Batch 001

Our first release is King Leonidas, a 500ml Greek olive oil from a single small batch.

Strong because it's real

Real olive oil is bitter and peppery. Most oil sold in stores is blended or cut with other oils, so the taste can surprise you at first. That strength is the proof.
